The New Ulm Mobile Food Shelf is a new program for those who cannot get to our food shelf located at 1305 S Valley Street because of transportation issues. If you would like a downloadable version of the Client Choice Mobile Food Shelf Distribution Request form please click on the red text.

Currently we have agreements to distribute food with management offices of Linderhoff Apartments, Emerson Union Apartments, Sunset Apartments, the Broadway Haus, Hanska Apartments and the City of Lafayette (Drop off point is the parking lot of the 1st Lutheran Church of Lafayette). We have been in contact with several other apartment complexes but at this time do not have signed agreements, therefore we cannot make deliveries to those apartments. If your apartment complex/mobile home park is not listed above, then you need to contact your management office and have them contact us if they want to sign our agreement.

At this time, we are not making individual home deliveries.

You do not need to be a resident of the above listed drop off locations to receive food from the mobile food shelf. If one of the above locations is more convenient for you to pick up your food (also the procedure for the residents of Lafayette) on the distribution request, you must pick yes to the question “Do you live in an apartment?” and then choose the location that you will pick up your food at.

If you would like to become a Mobile Food Shelf volunteer, please view the Training Handbook for the Mobile Food Shelf Program and contact the New Ulm Area Emergency Food Shelf using the form below.

A Client distribution request form is also found below, under the Mobile Food Shelf Volunteer Application.
